Card Payment Policy Statement:

1. Privacy Policy – We do not store customer credit card details.
2. Delivery Policy – Any items ordered over the phone we will endeavour to ensure delivery within 5 working days.
3. Refund / Cancelation Policy – You have the right to cancel any products ordered within 14 days without giving a reason; unless the items are made to your specifications i.e. Made to measure saddles or bridles where you then have no rights to cancel this contract. Where applicable our fitting is subject to a consultation fee and travel expenses which is non refundable as it is cost incurred for services rendered at the time of our visit. Visit / booking fees are refundable within 5 working days prior to the appointment. Cancellations made after this time are subject to the company's discretion if a refund applies.
