Lots of people I visit have items of tack for sale and ask if I know anyone who might be interested.

We have set up this page on www.thesaddleman.co.uk to offer an additional service for our clients so they can offer their items for sale. We make a charge of £5.00 for your advert which will be displayed for 3 months or until it is sold whichever is sooner.

DESCRIPTION: I have one Black country event GP saddle 18.5" med/wide fit in black leather saddle stamp is T7139. I paid £950 for this saddle and it has only been used for less that 2 hours (horse went lame and never recovered). It is in as brand new condition with its original saddle cover. It has been sitting in my tack room and as I no longer have the horse I may as well sell it. I would like to try and achieve £820 ovno for it.

I also have an older model Passier grand gilbert dressage saddle 17" in brown leather (older model) much loved and still very comfortable, saddle stamp 218201 (but not clear to read). Med/wide fit and I paid £650 for it a few years ago. I would like to see £495 ono for this saddle.

DESCRIPTION: Beautiful black leather general purpose saddle for sale, made by Heritage saddlery, wide fit with an 18" seat, the saddle was only purchased a year ago and has barely been used over the past 12 months, it's in immaculate condition. The saddle is from the Heritatge Yin-Yang range with a lovely little yin-yang symbol on either side of the pommel. The saddle suits any type of horse but has nice large flaps so can also be worn by the larger hunter type without it looking lie a pea on a mountain. For added detail the knee and thigh rolls have a buffallo leather look which creates a nice contrast against the rest of the saddle.
